A day in the life - U.S. Pain Foundation I’m having one of these days... I just got my 26 (!) shots of Botox for my migraines, and it takes about a week or so to adjust afterward. It is absolutely worth it in the end, but when I took my Bose headphones off for church today, I cried because the heater was on. At least I got up this morning! Also, I’ve been doing some really interesting research that may be pointing to the Lupron shots that I got way back in 2007(ish) being a big cause of a lot of my chronic issues. Such. Major. Side effects. They claim that they’re going to go away, but they’ve since admitted to falsifying about 80% of the Endo-related research. (Don’t get Lupron shots, guys. I’d rather have Endometriosis. And that’s like saying I’d rather have my leg slowly chewed off rather than both feet chopped off. ....kinda.)
